Colors are my passion for over 25 years. During my employment as a color laboratory manager in the companies ALBIS PLASTIC GMBH and INEOS STYROLUTION GMBH, I gained the necessary experience with the most diverse colorants and the observation of colors - with a "trained eye" or diverse technical equipment.
Especially for the area of training for employees and colleagues, I have dived deeper and deeper into the matter of color perception and colorimetry. Now I would like to share this knowledge with you. Join me diving into the wonderful world of colors, book my trainings for you, your employees and colleagues!

Training Courses
All training packages can be booked individually as online training. For on-site trainings several training courses can also be combined together.

Color Perception
Do you know the difference between additive and subtractive color mixing? What are "the" primary colors and why are there different ones? Do you see the colors like everyone else and why do they disappear at night? I will answer these and other exciting questions in my basic course on color perception.

Colorimetry (Basics)
What does colorimetry do and how well does my measurement match the visual impression? What is a color space and why are there so many of them? How do I communicate color differences with my customers? The basic course on colorimetry explains all this and why it doesn't make sense to file all items that my colorimeter protocol shows.

Color, Gloss and Metamerism
What do you know about the shopping mall effect? Why is your customer not satisfied with the color match? Can I correct the gloss level later on? For all those who are not sure why the color can look different and why the brightness and brilliance of my color depends on the surface condition, there is the additional module Color, Gloss and Metamerism.
Who are the training courses aimed at?
All basic courses and additional modules are aimed at employees in technical (but also commercial) customer support, whether in the office or in the field. If your products are colored, then you also need to "speak color". Color communication with customers or suppliers could become a serious issue, where it is important to appear with professional competence. Likewise, the training courses are of course suitable for all newcomers to the color laboratory in order to quickly acquire the necessary basics. But also "old hands" can refresh and supplement their knowledge.
You don't have the time for your own "in-house training"? You want manufacturer-independent training and consulting? Then you are exactly right with me!
